We want to thank Metro Furniture Show for their intense commitment to good customer service. We purchased a sofa & love seat years ago. It had factory defects. We reported the claim, but only after the warranty had expired. We were denied any type of replacement or compensation.

Metro came to our rescue. We were told be patient. The owner’s husband Karl said let him fight the battle. It took 2 months and 3 attempts for him to work out a plan with the manufacturer & distributor that ultimately made us very happy.

We now have a great piece of furniture & a New TV as a result of Metro’s commitment to customer satisfaction. It took a while but boy was it worth the wait.

I want to thank Metro Furniture Show for their good customer service. We have dealt with Metroplex Furniture Show for years and have made quite a few purchases. We are loyal customers.

Recently had a chance to see why we continue doing business with Metro. We purchased an as is sectional off the floor at an extremely good price. Once delivered it turned out to have more problems than we knew. Karl at Metro tried to repair the set and also to work out some arrangement with supplier. The supplier refused to take care of the problem.

Finally even though we paid less than half price for our set we received a brand new love seat for our sectional at no additional charge. Metro paid for the replacement themselves.

We will continue to tell everyone that you can depend on Metro.

I'm new to the area. When I saw the ad paper, I called in to ask a few questions. The lady said she would have to check on something and call me back. I knew I'd never get a call. Was I surprised when she called me back within 10 minutes with the answers! That made me come in the store. Once I came in, everybody was so nice. Also, everthing happened the way they said it would happen. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give Metro Furniture a 15! You have an outside salesperson now, because I'm telling all my friends about your store in the little red barn!

Everyone was courteous and professional. I really liked that they remembered my first name and used it. The delivery guys were careful and respectful in my home. Most delivery guys just slam your furniture down and get out. They didn't, and I appreciated that.

I would like to thank Metro Furniture for their service. I needed a living room set and didn't have the money or credit to purchase, Metro Furniture was able to help me. They not only gave me a great deal on a sectional but they allowed me to do an in store credit program that allowed me to walk away with a living room set the same day and they delivered it as well. With just a small down payment they worked with me.

The Best I just want to say thanks to Maria, Karl and Susan. I am so in love with my bedroom set. It turned out to more then what I expected. The delivery guys where great.
